Position Description
The incumbent will act as the key administrative and operational support for our academic departments/programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day teaching and learning activities. S/he will manage teaching arrangement, student academic progress tracking, graduation processes, and faculty coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
·?Manage teaching arrangements, timetables, exams, and academic logistics.
·?Support students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.
·?Coordinate with faculty on academic events, projects, and activities related to the department/program.
·?Ensure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders.
·?Coordination with Technion secretaries, including student exchanges, study extension and visits of Technion Faculty.
·?Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the department/program's objectives and operational needs.

Required Job Competencies???????
·?Bachelor degree from an internationally recognized university; master degree is preferred.
·?Strong organizational and communication skills.
·?Proficiency in English and Chinese.
·?Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
·?Familiarity with academic program management and administrative procedures.
·?Required high proficiency in MS Office.
