Position Description:
Electron Microscopy Center (EMC, led by Dr. Limei Cha) is looking for a research assistant (RA) to manage the activities in sample preparation lab. If interested, excellent candidate can be recommended to apply for Master and/or Ph.D studies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·?????? Use and maintenance of the instrument in sample preparation laboratory
·?????? Carry out laboratory related experiments and demonstration
·?????? Explain and write the usage of sample preparation tools in English
·?????? Write experiments report and analysis in English
·?????? Contact manufactures to maintain and update equipment efficiently, and learn new methods
·?????? Complete other tasks assigned by group leader
?
Required Job Specifications:
·?????? Required qualification / academic degree: B.S. or M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
·?????? Required experience:? Familiar with SEM/TEM sample preparation

·?????? B.S. or M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related field (essential)
·?????? Language ability: Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing (essential)
·? ? ??Excellent communication skill， strong practical ability，and good team worker (essential)
·? ? ??Strong interest in Electron Microscopy (essential), experience with SEM/TEM sample preparation (essential) and biomaterials (preferred);
·? ? ??Ability to author scientific report independently (preferred)???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
